Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. KSM Promos is super easy to work with. My org partners with them for individual and bulk swag orders. Their system is simple to manage, our staff have had no issues with their orders that weren't quickly addressed and fixed, and they are super responsive. Really positive relationship for our organization.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have worked with KSM throughout the years to fulfill branded orders, both for new products & to restock items from previous years' purchases. The team was friendly and easy to communicate with, and they offered a good range of product options to choose from.

They made the entire process smooth and seamless. Their organization is top-notch, and their responsiveness is outstanding—whenever I or one of our employees has had a question or concern, they’ve provided quick and helpful support. We truly appreciate their partnership and highly recommend their team.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. KSM has been our branded merchandise partner for about two years now and it has been a great experience. They were able to help set up a company store for us that our employees have access to full of branded merchandise and apparel. Every interaction is quick and they have done an exceptional job of assisting us if any questions arise. It's been a pleasure to have KSM as a partner and we look forward to continue working with them.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. There is no other 'SWAG' vendor in the world I would recommend more than KSM Promo. I've worked with them for years. I use them for all my clients' needs. KSM Promo has the best team and the best products. Try them out - you won't regret it!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We are a non-profit organization. Even though our order was small, KSM gave us great personalized customer support. An awesome company to work with!! It's rare to have easy access to a 'human' these days, but KSM certainly provides that! Kindred Kitties, Kenosha Wisconsin
